Company Overview
The corporate office is located in Wallingford, CT, which includes warehousing for a total of 3,500 square feet. The company has regional offices in Boston, MA, Providence, RI and Portland,
ME, which are equipped with complete services. These offices have call-forwarding to
the corporate office, so that a customer can receive immediate attention and response,
while the sales engineers are out of the office.
Regarding personnel, there are a total of twelve individuals. Nine of these are devoted to sales/service. More than half of the sales staff have technical degrees with the remainder being business graduates with technical backgrounds. In addition, the field service technicians are fully equipped with instruments and tools for service requirements anywhere in New England. The service department has the capability of providing start-up assistance, supervision and training as well as contract and demand service.
Pond Technical Sales is recognized as a leading engineering sales company in the areas of instrumentation and controls, and process equipment over the entire six states of New England.
